Pietro joined the MMDD group in September 2019, from Universidad de los Andes, Bogota. His expertise is in applying ab initio and force field-based molecular dynamics simulations to investigate biological and organometallic systems. Pietro is particularly interested in elucidating enzymatic reactions mechanisms to advance the understanding and application of biocatalysis.
